This new platform allows us to innovate faster, increase product performance, and expand our lead capture and conversion capabilities into new channels. It also drastically expands our (your) capabilities. It encourages new, fresh, and creative ways of thinking. It enables a new, faster, and more efficient approach to product development. And it requires an “A” team of skilled engineers and inspired, passionate, product innovators that can bring it all to life.

After growing high-performing product teams and maximizing revenue for some of the world’s top brands, including TravelClick, Starwood Hotels, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), and Deloitte, NAVIS VP of Product Solutions, Bryan Turner has been busy assembling a team to execute one simple vision: to build a platform that maximizes direct booking revenue for our clients. The all-new NAVIS “Direct Booking Platform.”
The new team includes a hospitality veteran with a background as a Software Engineer. A seasoned digital marketer with a knack for big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. And a Certified Scrum Product Owner with a passion for direct-to-client application development. All who have teamed up to usher in the definitive hospitality marketing platform (it’s pretty awesome, but I can’t spill the beans on that just yet).

With the advanced platform comes advanced (and more) data. So, we’ve recently added a Business Intelligence Analyst division to comb through and extract actionable insights from your data with the core objective of increasing guest conversion rates and shedding light on revenue opportunities.

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers… And love. Yes, “Customer Love.” While we’re building new teams focused on tomorrow, we thought it prudent to also build a dedicated team focused on today.
