Hotel Santa Fe is the only Native American Hotel in downtown Santa Fe. For over 30 years, the hotel has been providing authentic Native American experiences in the desert, with special touches like holistic spa treatments and complimentary shuttle service around town in purple London gypsies.

The Hotel Santa Fe team embarked on a partnership with NAVIS, focusing on how to utilize outbound sales to drive more direct bookings and maximize revenue. Outbound was an area the hotel had never tried before, but after seeing the ROI at other properties, the team saw the potential.

After a few years, Hotel Santa Fe tried working with a competitor– within months, the team knew they wanted to switch back to NAVIS – the performance wasn’t the same, the coaching was missing, and revenue was down. The good news? They returned to NAVIS!
