With over 22 years of growth and experience in the hospitality industry, Stacie Bushaw brings incredible knowledge of hotels and vacation rentals to her team. For over 10 years, Stacie has worked with NAVIS as a National System Consultant. In her role, she has had the pleasure of working with some of the finest hospitality and lodging companies in the country, including Vail Resorts, Auberge Hotels, and Resorts, The Broadmoor, Two Roads Hospitality, and more. As a Director of Enterprise Sales, Stacie leads her team in consulting with asset managers and management companies to identify ways to optimize revenue throughout reservation sales, marketing and revenue management.

As Group Vice President at Rosewood Hotel Group, Caroline MacDonald is responsible for directing and implementing sales, marketing, distribution strategy for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New World Hotels & Resorts and newly launched KHOS Hotels. She is responsible for delivering the global sales, distribution and marketing leadership across all channels of customer segments within the portfolio globally. She provides vision as a thought-leader for the group as they aggressively expand their global portfolio of Hotels, Resorts and Residential projects throughout the world.

Sean Mullen is President, Acquisitions, Sales & Revenue Management at Noble House Hotels & Resorts, previously serving as chief sales and marketing officer for almost six years.
Robert Oakes, Jr. graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English in 1984, and quickly moved to Nags Head. Bob entered the real estate property management field in 1986, and received a broker's license in 1988. He has completed the 300, 400 and 500 courses at the Institute of Real Estate Management, and has earned Certified Property Manager designation. Married with two children, Oakes is an Eagle Scout and former Scoutmaster. Village Realty manages over 2000 properties in North Carolina and Florida.

Melaney started her career in the vacation rental industry over 28 years ago, beginning as a file clerk, housekeeper and guest services representative at Oak Island Accommodations, a family-operated business that manages over 550 vacation rentals in southeastern North Carolina. With a BA in communication studies, Melaney was integral in the creation of OIA's marketing department, which she oversaw until 2019 when she was promoted as President. She received her NC real estate license in 2000 and currently serves on the boards of both the Brunswick County Tourism and Development Authority, North Carolina Vacation Rental Managers Association (NCVRMA), and the International VRMA. She is a former board of director for the Southport Oak Island Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Oak Island Beach Preservation Society. Her involvement in almost every facet of OIA's operation, allows her to share valuable insights on how property managers can add more homes to their inventory, retain homeowners, build long-lasting relationships and deal with difficult situations.
V.P., Commercial Strategy Aimbridge Hospitality
As a V.P. of Commercial Strategy at Aimbridge Hospitality, Kim has broad experience in revenue optimization, profit maximization and strategic implementation in the commercial hotel space. Kim's experience over the past 25+ years includes, leading senior teams responsible for driving revenue & direct sales efforts, P&L ownership, operational excellence with all major brands and lodging verticals, data analysis and strategy development & execution. She is broadly familiar with driving and supporting revenue maximization functions in the commercial space both in the U.S., UK and Western Europe. Her collaborative approach to bridge gaps, strengthen results and grow a network of strong team members guides her passion for people and partnerships at Aimbridge Hospitality.
